ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN 2 WEEKS AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THEY WERE SENT IN. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. If the items arrived broken or damaged, you are eligible to receive a replacement of that same product or choose to receive a refund instead. If the product is a one-of-a-kind or limited stock item and has been found to be broken/damaged/lost in the mail, you will receive a REFUND immediately as it can no longer be made.
