CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

​You can cancel your order before it ships out (3-5 business days), after that I cannot cancel it since it will be in transit. For international orders, cancellations will not be made after 2 days. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

​Please return your order within 30 days, after that no returns or refunds will be accepted. 

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

After a hot day, you can clean your necklace/choker/bracelet with a jewelry polishing cloth which is available on this website.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All methods of payment are accepted EXCEPT cryptocurrency and checks.

MY BRACELET BROKE, CAN I RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT?

Yes, a ONE TIME only replacement can be sent. After that, you will need to purchase the product again. I cannot keep giving away my items for free just like that.
